How to Request a Refund

Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout.
2. Alternatively, email us at the contact address listed on our site with your order ID and we will assist you in submitting the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After Refund

Once a refund is processed, access to the paid features of the Service will be revoked. You can re-purchase at any time.
